• “Client”: The individual or company purchasing services and/or products from Page Bespoke.
• “Services”: The design, manufacture, and installation of fitted furniture, including but not limited to consultations, design, delivery, and installation services.
• “Products”: The furniture and related items provided by Page Bespoke as part of our services.
• “Agreement”: The contract between the Client and Page Bespoke for the provision of services and products.
Page Bespoke offers custom-designed fitted furniture. Our services include consultation, design, manufacture, and installation of furniture tailored to the Client’s specifications. The specific services and products provided will be detailed in the client’s individual order confirmation.
1.1 Quotes: All quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of quotation and may be subject to change based on changes in scope or specifications.
1.2 Orders: Upon receiving a quote, the Client can place an order by confirming the design, materials, and dimensions. A signed agreement of the design spec will be required to initiate the design and production process.
2.1 Prices: All prices are subject to change based on material costs, design adjustments, and other factors. The final price will be confirmed in the order confirmation.
2.2 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of the total material price is required upon order confirmation, this secures a book in date.
2.3 Once the deposit is paid the goods/materials then become the property of the client. 2.4 In the event of cancelation prior to the agreed installation date, we reserve the right to deliver all materials that have been purchased at an additional cost the client. Upon delivery of the material the agreement will be considered terminated and we will have no further obligations to the client.
2.5 Balance: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation, prior to the release of the final product.
2.6 Payment Methods: Payments can be made by bank transfer, debit card, credit card payments will incur an additional transaction fee.
2.7 Late Payments: Late payments will incur a charge of 5% per month on the outstanding balance.
3.1 Design Process: Once the initial design is proposed, the Client will have the opportunity to approve or request changes.
3.2 Client Approval: The Client must approve all final designs before manufacturing begins. Any changes after approval will incur additional charges per change.
4.1 Delivery: The delivery date will be agreed upon once the deposit is paid.
4.2 Installation: Installation will be carried out by our professional team at the agreed date and location.
4.3 Delays: Any delays in delivery or installation caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, supply chain issues) will be communicated promptly to the Client.
4.4 Access: The Client is responsible for ensuring that the installation site is accessible and clear of any obstructions. Additional charges may apply for difficulties in access or installation.
5.1 Guarantee: The client notifies Page Bespoke within 7 days of installation.
5.2 The defects being due to workmanship or defected materials.
5.3 Exclusions: The guarantee does not cover damages caused by misuse, general wear and tear, neglect, accidents, misused cleaning products, damp conditions or unauthorized modifications.
5.3 All goods supplied are covered under a guarantee against later occurring defects in the product but will incur a call out charge to replace manufactures defected products.
6.1 Cancellations: Cancellation of the installation must be made in writing, any cancellations made within two weeks of the schedules installation date will incur a cancelation fee due to the preparations and scheduling involved.
6.2 Orders that have already entered the installation phase cannot be cancelled.
6.3 Upon payment/ deposit ownership of the materials is transferred to the client therefore, in the event of cancellation the client will not be entitled toa refund of the materials and will incur a delivery charge as per 2.4 above.
7.1 Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the product or service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or profit.
7.2 Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for ensuring that the installation site is suitable for the intended furniture. We are not liable for any damage to property during installation.
7.2 We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, or pandemics.
7.3 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of law.

Information provided to Page Bespoke will not be shared with other parties, except as required to complete the order and to keep the customer informed about new products, special offers, or other information considered by Page Bespoke to be of potential interest and/or benefit to the client
